At Gym13, we offer a range of boxing and fitness sessions designed for all levels. Whether you’re stepping into the ring for the first time or looking to gain strength and fitness, our programs will help you build strength, confidence, and technique.
We also offer flexible gym memberships or day passes where you can use the gym facilities, with the option of no contract or hidden fees.
A gym membership is NOT required to book on any of the sessions that we offer, this is a pay as you go session or you can buy credits where a discount is applied.
Group Training Sessions
Boxing – From £7.50 per session
A boxing‑style fitness session focused on mastering the fundamentals — slipping, ducking, weaving, and countering.
Mixed with high‑intensity calisthenics to challenge your conditioning and improve overall fitness.

This is a boxing styled fitness for woman only.

Juniors Boxing - £7.20 per session
For ages 12-16 year olds
A none contact boxing session for juniors that are looking for boxing style training and fitness. To understand the discipline, techniques and fitness of the sport.
This is a group session with the maximum of 12 spaces available.
